Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites. We do not support Do Not Track requests at this time.
Truthset is operated in the United States, and will process personal information exclusively in the U.S. If you are visiting this website from outside the U.S., then by providing us with your personal information you are consenting to the transfer of that information to the U.S.

We use industry standard technical, administrative, and physical controls to protect your personal information. While we endeavor to protect the privacy of your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security.
We will retain your personal information as long as we consider it relevant in order to maintain a relationship with you, or as required by law. As noted above, if you are a business customer. you can request we delete your information at any time.

If we change this policy, we will post an update on our home page. If the change involves something substantially different from our current policy, we will post the update in advance of the change taking place or send an email to everyone subscribed to our email updates.

Truthset Product Privacy Policy
1. Introduction to Truthset Data Privacy
Truthset is a business-to-business data validation platform. While we process personal information as noted below, we are not a marketer or advertising targeting service. We do not provide personal information back to customers via our Product that enables them to target you as an individual.
We built privacy best practices into our product development efforts, including:

Data processing, not collection: As an independent data validation platform, we process data on behalf of our partners and customers, and do not currently collect information directly from consumers.

Data segregation: The personal information we receive from our partners is not combined to create a ‘master profile database’, but rather is maintained independently with only the key matching attributes used as necessary to create our validation products.

Data minimalism: We process the minimal amount of data necessary to deliver our products and services, and discard data that is outdated or irrelevant to our Products.

Trust and verify: We limit direct and channel partners who may participate with our Products on an invite-only basis with rigorous due diligence.

No data with special legal protections: We don’t accept personal information about children under 16, protected health information, credit or other regulated decisioning information, financial account information or other data that may be deemed sensitive under U.S. law.

However, if you are a California consumer with knowledge that Truthset is processing your personal information and wish to receive a copy of, or delete your information, please send us a request to privacy@truthset.io and we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the verification process.
